Renowned Russian Professor, Former Communist To Attend our Gala Russian Dinner

Dr. Ludmilla Selezneva, renowned Russian scholar and one-time communist-activist, will bring a flavour of the history of her country to our dinner. She will regale us with her accounts of communism and her conversion to democracy during her presentation.

This is an opportunity to share her experiences in Russia and what the people have gone through.

You will find Selezneva's experiences fascinating and will see how they have enriched her life, especially because she was brought up in conditions of poverty but fought against the odds and excelled in her studies.

Ludmilla grew up as a communist being actively involved in politics during her college years and then experienced the switch in Russia from communism to democracy. Ludmilla is a lady who loves to share her experiences and you can listen to her for hours.
